Cancellation Policy

• Please note: 7% applicable tax will be added to the total price of your reservation and is not included in the apartment prices

• If a reservation is canceled, a cancellation fee will be charged. If you wish to change or cancel your reservation, you must do so 30 days prior to arrival to cancel free of charge. Cancellation within 30 days of arrival is subject to a penalty of 100% of the agreed total cost/rent. If you have paid a deposit, we will keep it and charge your credit card for the remainder of your stay.

• Failure to arrive within 24 hours of the agreed date without any notice will be considered a cancellation. We cannot refund any payment for no-shows or early departures.
